    Try to explore all of the different tools that are available here: articles, videos, recipes, the community, etc. Being an active part of the community can really help give you the motivation you need to achieve your goals. I also suggest taking the New Member Challenge (Community Tab, Challenge Central) because that will get you off to a good start. SparkPeople is a great place to work towards a healthy lifestyle.
