Hi! My name is Heather! I joined Spark in October 2008. I lost 11 pounds in about 2 and half months. I weighed around 108 pounds, which was not healthy for me. I was working my butt off, and eating healthier than I ever had before. However, I became obsessed with losing weight and NOT being healthy. I had to leave Spark for a little bit so I could figure out what is important to me.

I got married in August 2010 to the most wonderful man ever. I also started a new job which is very time consuming. I was at my goal weight when Trent and I got married (117). I haven't been working out like I used to and definetely not been eating like a should. I have gained about 15 pounds since I got married in August. My goal is to lose those 15 pounds in a healthy way, and keep them off!

I am ready to start my new and improved life. This isnt just a short term deal. I want to improve my life, and be the healthiest person I can. God gave me this body, and I want to treat my body as best I can because this is the only one I will ever have. There aren't second chances in life. I want to live my life to the fullest, I want to push myself to places I've never been before and never thought I could even reach. I want to be strong. I know that I am very hard on myself. I expect greatness because I am great! I know that I can do anything. Maybe sometimes I am a little too hard on myself, harder than anyone else is on me. But like I said, I am trying to change my lifestyle. I am going to have a healthy lifestyle for me and my family and my future children. Someday, I want to be able to run around with them all over the yard and play games without getting tired. I want to cook them dinner every night even after I have had a hard day at work and woke up at 5 AM that morning to get my morning workout in. That is the amazing life I want to live.

Fri: Run/Strength @ Home or BodyPump @ gym (1hr)

Sat: Walk (30min) Yoga/Stretching (15min)

Sun: Walk (30min) Yoga/Stretching (15min)

    Hey Heather! How are things going with you?? Are you still struggling with binging?? I'm doing so much better and I'm finally finding my healthy groove back. It's feel so much better and I'm starting to feel so much better about my body when I don't overeat so much.
