No matter how many times I "fall", I will always get up.

I have battled depression since my teens, as well as anxiety, but in the last few years, it's gotten worse. I no longer find happiness and pleasure in things that I used to.

My Goals:
Long Term:

Lose 50 lbs by May 2020

1 pound a week

Short Term:

Lose 10 lbs by September 30th, 2019


My Program:
1. Go for a brisk 30-minute walk twice a day
2. No soda or high sugar drinks. DRINK WATER!!
3. Keep track of all the foods I eat
4. Be in bed, by 11 pm. No more late nights
5. Blog every day.
6. Have 3/4 of my calories from vegetables
7. Limit sugar intake



Personal Information:
I'm from Central Wisconsin. Lived here my whole life. (And yes, cheese is my favorite food. haha)

I've been on Sparkpeople for almost 9 years. I've come and gone throughout the years. My sugar addiction and depression with anxiety have ruled my life, which has caused me to gain 100 pounds over the last 16 years.

I have six children. Three of which I am estranged from. :( I have a grandson who is 7 and a granddaughter who is one.

I was diagnosed with a meningioma (brain tumor) last July and I haven't had it removed yet. My anxiety keeps me from calling and making the appointment. My doctor reassures me that it isn't cancerous. I have osteoarthritis, and I'm prediabetic.

My passion is photography, drawing, and writing.

I graduated from college last summer and received my Associate's Degree in Business Management. I have one more class and then I'll have earned my Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management. I am returning this Fall to my college to ear
