Introduction Text Yep, I'm doin' it!

To get fit and live a healthier lifestyle.

I ride my quarter horse Shooter about three times a week, but I try to fit in a couple of DVD workouts on the other days. I enjoy a variety of DVD workouts from Jillian Michaels, Jackie Warner, Ellen Barrett, Leslie Sansone and 10 Minute Solution (love the kickbox one!). So happy to be back in the saddle again and on the trail to fitness! :-D

Enjoying life with my furry kittykids, horse and hubby. I love cats, horses and other animals, reading, computers and the outdoors. I'm now dedicated to fitness and a healthy lifestyle. And I'm loving life with muscles! :D
