My Goals:
I want to increase my fitness level, keep a positive outlook on life, and not worry so much.

My Program:
 I walk with my sheltie every day and do water aerobics three times per week.


Personal Information:
I am from Seattle. I am married and have two grown daughters and two grandchildren.

I have two cats and two dogs. I like to read and play the recorder.

Other Information:
 My favorite movie is "To Kill a Mockingbird".
My favorite composer is Bach.
I like classical music and some jazz.
