I signed up in 2007 but have not been consistent on SP or with my program. I am hoping to make some lifestyle changes and not just yo-yo back and forth. As I get older it is getting harder to lose weight and important to increase my activity.

My plan: logging into SP, weighing each week, exercising, meditating, and challenging my brain more. I plan on walking, tracking my steps and may start doing some yoga in the near future.



Personal Information:
I have been "large" most of my entire life and have been in the process of becoming healthy and whole physically, spiritually and emotionally. Now at 57 years of age, I want to enter the next chapter of my life healthy and to be able to enjoy my family, friends and the universe whole heartily and fully.
