    You can't "mess up"!!! Remember - progress, not perfection. Baby steps. Just name one small, easily achievable thing that you can do today to stay healthy -- a fast break! This have been key for me oner the past few days. Usually by now I would have ditched the diet (5 days in lol). But I'm still here, completing little goals that I enjoy. You've come so far!!!
