Hi there my Spark friends!

It has been 3 long years since I have been a part of this amazing team, and I have no excuse as to why. I have missed you all so much! There is only ONE way to get back on track and that is!!

I have decided to revamp my Spark page and make a fresh start. My new slogan is "Starting Fresh - ONE Day At a Time!" For now, focusing on TODAY is what will get me through this beginning phase. I will be keeping my badges/trophys, goodies, photos and my blogs. Looking back on what I have accomplished over the years is somewhat therapeutic for me moving forward, so I can't just get rid of everything. 😉 Every now and then I refer back to my old blogs for a bit of self motivation.

What inspires me the most, however, is the amazing support system and love of all of my fellow Sparkers! I could not do this without each and every one of you!! Being able to share our progress with whatever we are trying to accomplish makes this journey a whole lot easier! -And so much fun!

ONE word of advise to those of you starting out new here on and those of you who have been here forever... NEVER lose your Spark! Unfortunately, I learned that the hard way.

I have traveled down this winding Spark road a couple of times. Like before, once I get settled in the right lane it will be such a smooth ride. It's the speed bumps that are such a challenge. And it is one challenge that I am taking on to the fullest!

Standby for a new me in the very near future!! I am so excited to be back in the groove!

Fitness Minutes: 1,968

My Goals:
To move more and eat less.
Of course I want to be a healthier me...but I want to look good too. ;)
To shed some pounds and continue a healthier lifestyle.
To be able to shop for clothes and feel great about it!

My Program:
*Counting calories and keeping within the 1200-1500 per day range. I am logging everything that I eat, every day, allowing myself an occasional cheat day (usually on the weekends).

*When eating out, being more conscious and smarter of what I chose, and then not eating the whole darn plate.

*Exercising as much as possible. For my lazy rear end this is not easy for me, so right now it has only been twice a week! I am hoping to make it to 3 days a week and essentially 4-5 days a week. These are just my realistic goals.

*Drinking LOTS of water. Also not an easy feat for me. I aim for 80 oz, and get darn near close every time at around 50-70oz.

*Logging on to EVERY day. Spin the wheel, log my food into the nutrition tracker, check my friend feed, change my status update, track fitness minutes (when applicable ;)), start my Spark blogging again...etc...

*Talking about all of the above with anyone who will listen!! It keeps me on track and
