Introduction Text I am 68 years old and have always been heavy. I have lost and gained weight back but really want to keep it off. I have been changing my lifestyle and have lost a significant amount of weight. Now I have been gaining due to my medicines, so I know I need to increase my exercise. I have severe arthritis, so I am going to get a pool membership next month and hopefully this will get me losing again.

Eat 70-90 grams of protein daily Drink 8 cups of water daily Get stronger and get better balance Eat more whole grains and fiber Reduce stress levels Complete fitness challenge Keep motivated and motivate others Read labels for hidden sugar, salt, colors, preservatives, etc. Lose 5% of weight in 8 weeks.
