Goal: Lose 68 or More Pounds in 2016!


I have spent the last five years being sedentary and eating unhealthy foods due to illness and depression. But I'm ready to work on improving my physical condition and my mental outlook by exercising and eating better.

My Goals:
1. To weigh 199 or less pounds on Christmas Day 2016.
2. To weigh 140 pounds on Christmas Day 2017.
3. Stick to my eating plan.
4. Stick to my exercise plan.
5. Move more.
6. Have fun!

My Program:
 Cut back on portion sizes, cut out junk food, limit sweets, drink lots of water, move more and exercise.


Personal Information:
I'm Sharon and I live in Iowa. I am married and have a black lab named Mavis.

Other Information:
 I like Maya Angelou's saying that goes something like, "When you know better, you do better."
