I didn't know what a dal was. I had to look it up! I am not a fan of meat myself. Once in a while maybe. I bought some powdered pea protein to mix in with my almond milk for a smoothie. Interesting about cheese. I will try it after a meal. There is a grocery here called Lidl that has a wonderful variety of cheese. Thankyou so much for your insight. 20 days ago
