Hello
I'm the type of person who wants instant results and if I don't get them I easily give up. Thought to myself the other day, "hey why not try something different?" So this time around I'm going to try and take more deep breaths and tell myself over and over again that results take time and constant effort. I'm also making smaller more reachable goals.

My first goals on Sparkpeople isn't going to be weight related or even food related, it's workout related. My goal is to workout 3 times this week.
My Program:
My program is the most common sense one, consuming fewer calories than I burn.
Personal Information:
I'm turning 41 this month and am not waiting until I actually turn 41 to start improving myself.
