One piece of advice: Don't forget that the scale doesn't always tell the whole story.
Have you taken your starting measurements and logged them in your tracker?? (Found in my TOOLS under Weigh-in and other measurements)
Then, measure once a month. You may just be amazed at what you discover! Especially if the scale isn't reflecting your effort.
