Hi there. I am a SAHM of 3 teens. I've battled weight and other things all my life. I am tired of all the health battles I have faced. I want to use the fact that I've recently quit smoking after 17 years as my cattleprod to a better life! I love that I have found this site and I've been getting on almost daily!

My Goals:
My first goal was to stop smoking after 17 years I am proud to say I have accomplished that! So my next goal is to rehabilitate my injured left leg. Once I can walk on it again without crutches, I plan on starting my next goal which is to lose around 90 pounds! Wish me luck!

My Program:
Since I have quit smoking, I am trying to watch what I eat, calorie intake, etc. while I work on my leg. I try to strengthen the leg at least an hour a day with exercises I learned after the car accident. I want to be able to walk without crutches by the end of the month of July! Once I get my leg fully operational again, I will begin the cardio and kick boxing routines I did a couple of years ago. I had good results with those!

I love to cook and would love to go to culinary school. I love the Food Network, Paula Deen, Emeril, Hell's Kitchen, and more. I love all kinds of music... from Metallica to Michael Jackson and everything in between. I read anything I can get my hands on. I love to sew and do arts & crafts, sports, dance, you name it!
