I am a busy mom of three! Life is always throwing us curve balls, and in the past year or so I have had my share. I lost "me" and now it's time to find me again!

Baby Max was born June 24th via a scheduled c-section. We are both doing great! Pregnancy was tough- I was sick a lot and at 27 weeks fell and broke both bones in my right ankle and fractured my tibia. I had surgery on both ankle bones to have screws placed to fix the break. My ankle still is sore, but it's getting there.

I recently moved to Florida with my husband and children and finally joined a gym again! Woo hoo!

My Goals:
Get back on track after my pregnancy and bad ankle break.

My Program:
Drink more water!
Eat cleaner and healthier!
Exercise six days a week.

Personal Information:
How did I get to where I am now? I have yo yo dieted my entire life, but had finally gotten to a happy weight and kept it there for a few years, and then, somehow, food became my best friend again, and 40 + pounds later, I am determined to change my lifestyle and be healthy, not tired, unable to wear my clothes, and uncomfortable in my skin. I will never be "skinny", but I can be healthier and fit into my favorite jeans again- I found them in my closet the other night and wanted to cry- I miss those jeans! I miss that me, who wasn't overweight and unhealthy.

Reading these pages have inspired me, I am excited, but nervous. I can do it! I know I can, but I have to retrain myself that food is for fuel, NOT for comfort. It will happen, and I will become a healthier and happier me- for me and my kids and my wonderful boyfriend!

I have become that girl who is ashamed to go out with my friends, sadly. NO more....wish me luck!
