I am Sarah I am 34 years old. I am a single woman w/ no kids. I just joined awhile ago. I've been tracking free hand for the first 28 days back in Oct. 2010. I had been successful so far. I originally tried another weightloss site that wasn't free. It worked great and I got down all the way to almost goal. Then they made some changes to the diet and that pretty much threw me off. I tried posting on the message boards for some kind of advice. But I only received negativity from the people in there. They were very unsupportive and rude. So I quit and now doing this on my own. I learned about this site from word of mouth and other community member chit chat. My highest weight back then was 230lbs and my feet and everything hurt including my knees. Being overweight certainly doesn't make life easier on top that heart disease and diabetes and hip and knee joint problems runs in my family. I also notice I tend to have more stomach problems when I am heavier as well as my upper back hurting more because unfortunately my boobs get bigger along with my stomach. ((sigh)) It'd be nice if the waist and everything else got smaller while the boobs got bigger, but sadly thats not how it works. . So I'm trying to improve my life and keep this going. So far so good.

    Yeah to redheads indeed, lol...welcome to Sparks!...I keep track in a notebook too...I'm away from home some days all day long with no comp access...this site is so user friendly though... and I can make it unique to MY needs instead of me trying to fit into a rigid program...guess that's why I've stuck with it for so long...Peace&Hugs, Beany
