Getting back on track


Over the past six months or so, I've fallen from grace and put back about twenty of the ninety pounds I lost since August, 2011. To say it was depressing is an understatement. And of course, depression begets weight gain. However, between hitting almost 170 pounds on the scale and seeing a recent picture of me that my niece had posted on her Facebook page, I've gotten back on track.

One week down, the rest of my life to go!

 My current goal is to weigh around 135 by the end of the December, 2013. To achieve this, I'm trying to stay within the 1300 - 1400 calorie range, and exercise daily.
