Time to change.


My lifestyle had become comfortable - tried to live healthily - daily walks, organic food, lots of vegetables, watch the stress - so WHY do I have high blood pressure, react to tablets - get breathless on short walks...Cant' reach my toenails to cut them.. I reckon it is Time to change!
My lifestyle had become comfortable - tried to live healthily - daily walks, organic food, lots of vegetables, watch the stress - so WHY do I have high blood pressure, react to tablets - get breathless on short walks...Cant' reach my toenails to cut them.. I reckon it is Time to change!

Fitness Minutes: 0

My Goals:
Stabilise blood pressure., and not need medication - or at least have no side effects.

Improve breathing.

Be able to reach my feet to cut my own toenails - even though I may still go for a regular pedicure.

Improve eyesight.

Lose 12 pounds.

My Program:
 Walk 20 minutes daily at least

Do 5 Tibetan exercises daily because I know these, but have stopped doing them!

Eat more fruit.


Personal Information:
I am from Yorkshire UK, and have a lowchen hearing dog.

    Thanks for the welcome Karon - and the boots are a great idea. Hope they are waterproof!

    I am struggling a bit - with such a big site. Still trying to find 4Life - it Doesn't show up on search, but I'm sure I will get there eventually.

    Ah yes the name. I am Margaret and Sally is my hearing dog. I have only had her 4 months. She is the lowchen in the photo of Sally and me!

    I think you will find lots of friendly people to hang out with around here. And...some inspiration/motivation towards good health practices.
