I'm back after 3 years with MORE weight to lose than ever before.

I have never had a problem with my weight, or had to worry about what I was putting in my body or not putting in my body. I'm a junk food junkie and a MAJOR sugar addict, and it's rapidly adding on the pounds.

I've always hated ANY form of physical activity, and I sit in my chair mostly all day, Right now it hurts to move, so I have not motivation nor can I make myself get up and exercise.

I'm 48 now, and I weigh 197 lbs. I HATE my body, and it's affecting me physically and emotionally. I struggle with ADHD and bipolar depression, making it difficult to even think about making the changes I need to make.

My Goals:
I want to feel beautiful again. I want to be able to spend time with my kids. I want my DH and I to have a satisfying sex life (I don't feel sexy at all, and he has problems with ED).

My Program:
Nothing yet - looking for something with meal replacement smoothies or shakes. I don't eat much until evening, but I can drink something I think.

Personal Information:
I'm a homeschooling mom to two kids, a 17-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter. My son and i both struggle with mental and emotional issues, ADHD, Bipolar Depression and anxiety. My daughter had hearing problems for years due to abnormally narrow ear canals. This was surgically corrected within the past couple of years. Right now, she struggles with processing (understanding what she hears and reads), but she is very bright and aims to please. Behavior wise, she is the exact opposite of her brother. She WANTS to please us and do the right thing, where he could care less most of the time.

Other Information:
I quit smoking this past February. That's when I got addicted to the candy. I traded one addiction for another and went from 180 lbs (which was already heavier than I wanted to be) to my current weight of 197.
