Introduction Text What are my goals? What do I hope to get from my weight loss journey? How do I define success and when will I be successful?Right now I'm thinking that this is much more than the number on the scale which I've been focused on. Starting now I'm going to take small steps every week to begin exploring. This week I'm going to write my story about weight and begin to come up with measurable (beyond the scale) action steps that I can take.

Tracking my nutrition and exercise daily. Running at least three times a week and walking most other days.

From America's heartland where it's blasted cold in the winter and pretty nice in the summer.

Hobbies: Reading Knitting Spending time with family Cooking new recipes Run/walking with my dog, family, neighbors, and friends
