My weight loss journey and new lifestyle!!!
I'm a single mother of 15year old triplets and work full time. So things are kinda crazy/busy in my life. I have very picky eaters for children...least to say is that they don't eat very healthy. I have a lot to work on, but I am very encouraged that I will reach my goal weight. I do have PCOS so I know that this road is going to be hard; even harder than for most people. I am not going to give up and I am going to stick to my plan, and I know that PCOS does not define who I am or run my life ...

My Goals:
I want to change my life and become healthy, active and happy.
My new goal I've added is that I want to be able to run a 5K without stopping.
My Program:
I get 45-60 minutes of cardio a day, five days a week and I do 30 minutes of strenth training a day, three days a week. Eating whole natural foods, measuring my portions, eating five smaller meals a day, never skipping a meal (esp. breakfast) and not eating any later than 7pm.
Personal Information:
My name is Richele and I am from Oregon. I am a true Oregonian and have lived in the same county all my life. I love it here and all the outdoors have to offer. I am excited to take advantage of the outdoors to start my new healthy life style.
Other Information:
I enjoy cooking and my new favorite past time is to look for new recipes on sparkrecipes.com.
