HI, MY NAME IS NAE AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO A NEW WAY OF LIVING AND GETTING HEALTHY AND FIT. IT"S TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK BEFORE ANY MEDICAL ISSUES START. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE SO OVERWT. AT ALMOST 58YRS OLD. IT STARTED 10YRS AGO WHEN I LOST MY FATHER, I STARTED EATING ANYTHING I WANTED FOR COMFORT AND I GUESS THIS WAS MY WAY OF GREIVING. NOW I'M READY TO TRY AGAIN TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE FOR ME. IT'S MY DUTY TO SELF. IF I CAN COLD TURKEY & STOP SMOKING AFTER NEARLY 37YRS. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONQUER THE WT ISSUE. WELL I AM GOING TO TRY. HOWEVER THIS TIME AROUND I'M DEALING WITH MENOPAUSE BUT I AM DETERMINED TO MAKE A HUGE CHANGE AND DO MY BEST. THIS IS THE ONLY GOAL THAT I JUST HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TOTALY ATTAIN OR MAINTAIN WHEN I WAS ALMOST THERE. BUT THIS TIME AROUND I'M OLDER AND WISER SO IT WILL BE A NEW LIFESTYLE. WE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES... I AM SO GLAD THAT I FOUND THIS SITE IT IS SO INSPIRING AND EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.
I FEEL LIKE THIS IS MY 2ND CHANCE TO GET IT TOGETHER NOW THAT I AM OLDER AND WISER AND RISE ABOVE LIKE THE PHEONIX RISES UP FROM IT'S ASHES. IT HAS TAKEN ME A WHILE TO FINALLY GET MY SP PAGE TOGETHER. JUST LIKE MY WEIGHT SLOWLY BUT SURELY IT WILL COME TOGETHER. I AM MAKING IT A CONSCIOUS AND SUBCONCIOUS EFFORT TO VISUALIZE HOW I WILL AND WANT TO BE. SO I CHOSE AN AVATAR TO REPRESENT MY FUTURE LIFESTYLE... SW 254 GW 165, ultimate goal is 130.

1)Get under 165lbs-5 or-10lbs at a time.
2) Tone & firm body
3)exercise daily
4) Eat and cook healthy.
5)Drink 8 or more glasses of water.
6)135-148 is my ultimate goal.
7)Maintain / live healthy lifestyle and continue w/spark family to stay on track.


My Program:
Track meals, use my Beachbodyprograms,Tao Bo, the Firm and Walkaway the Pounds 3-4 days a wk. Strenght/cardio training 3-4 days a wk. (1 cheat day per wk.)

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge.
