Hi! I am a 32-year old mommy of two and I live in Southern California. Still trying to lose my last 15-or-so pounds that attached themselves to me after my daughter was born (um yeah, she's 6). I am very active and do the P90X program. I'm building lots of muscle but need to burn off that fat! So back to counting calories and watching what I eat!

My Goals:
My goal is to get down to 125 by Valentine's Day! It's only 9 pounds away and I know I can reach it by eating well and working out! I want to feel sexy in that V-Day lingerie!! ;)
My Program:
I am not doing the set Spark eating plan, I am just keeping track of everything I eat and doing a low-fat, low-calorie diet. I am shooting for about 1200 calories a day and no more than 30 grams of fat. For workouts I like to do it from home, with most likely my Denise Austin Boot Camp DVDs. I am trying to do cardio at least 3 times a week, and strength training at least twice.
