I have been skinny all my life like size 5-6 7-8 and when i hit menopause it all went south.... I know your metobolism slows down when you reach 50 ... I have been on diets before but than i gained it all back plus some.. I am determined to stick to this one its hard some times because i was a junk food chunky ... I never knew how do diet( or should i say eat healthier) because i never had no reason to but i am ready to go so any help will be appreciated... I think god throws us a curve ball every once in awhile to open our eyes and see that eating like this isn't good for your health... wake up and smell the roses....Than theres Mr Arthir coming in to make your life miserable along with Mr chlorest and Mr Clogged Arteries and maybe Mr Oste W e can do it ... come on get up outta you'r lazy chair....
