I have joined lose-it and I am also committed to sparking.
I am eating right and getting stronger/healthier day by day. I am finding joy in life and celebrating NSVs.
Old Intro - Working Toward Recovery
I was in a car accident in 2013. Many surgeries and physical therapy hours later, I have made huge strides toward recovery. Now I am pushing toward full recovery or as close as I can get.

I am on an anti-inflammation diet. Logging what I eat with Lose-it. I tried the new weight watchers but free style with all the free food did not work for me. I need to track every bite. I still belong to WW online for the recipes, advice, and connect. I am finding new food to love that fits in with my healthy life style. I find a way each day to move and exercise.
