3 years ago I lost 45 pounds with sparkspeople then after getting married I fell and seriously sprained my ankle. I went from working out 6 days a week to not being able to walk. The pounds starting coming back and now 2 years later I still have problems with my ankle and am 55 pounds heavier. I battle fibroid myalgia, chronic fatigue, IBS-C, depression, anxiety and Tourettes which also restricts movement on my right side when I'm stressed. I need to get focused again and get this weight down. I'm going to start with a 20 pound loss and go from there. Baby steps.

My Goals:
September: Cut back sweets (it is a daily battle with me at times). I'd also like to get down to 155.

My long term goals is to get to 130. I set the goal for December but am taking it one day at a time and not tripping the small stuff.

My Program:
I measure out all my portions. I started off with Sparkspeople meal plan. Now I use the basics from that to choose my meals. I eat a healthy breakfast & lunch, have a protein bar after doing my muscle exercise days, them have a shakeology shake for dinner.

Personal Information:
I live in Blue Springs, Missouri with my mom who is blind. Were getting healthy & losing weight together. My sister, mom & I do Zumba as often as we can get to a class, from 1-4 days a week. I run 1-2 days a week, go to the gym twice a week to work the weights.

Other Information:
We love listening to the Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum novels. I make custom quilts in my spare time. I am now a Beachbody coach. I love helping friends and family meet their weightloss goals. I also sell Avon in my spare time. I keep very busy.
