Introduction Text I was 251 pounds and I'm on the road to 145 pounds. I have an interest in medicinal herbs, tiny houses, Wicca, guitar, Hindi, computers, comparative religions, RV's and ....

My goal = 145 pounds and able to walk and do stuff again. I'm not looking to be 25 years old, just my age (76) and "should be" abilities.

I'm taking this program to heart. I check in every day and actually "work" the program. I am desperate to lose the weight and have programmed my mind to be absolutely conscious of what I do to lose or negate loss of weight. I wrote the above 5 years ago. Still fighting. Goring for RNY surgery. Gotta lose this weight.
