I actually now have about 350 Fitness DVD'S now, lol! I am a HUGE addict! Its hard to say who my fav instructor is because I have a few. I really like Jessica Smith (she has several Walk DVD's out) and also really like Chris Freytag, Leslie Sansone is cool as well because I tend to do her DVD'S when I don't want to work hard and don't want to do a lot of different steps! Her DVD'S are all basically the same four or five steps, no thinking required. I like Marie Forleo as well because she makes dance workouts fun. When it comes to working out I am VERY moody. I want to do what I feel like doing that day or that moment, that's why I have so many different DVD'S. I stand a better chance of doing something IF I have many choices...something on that shelf will fit my mood for that moment! Sometimes all I wanna do is grab my Ipod and headphones and head to our nearby Park to get totally engrossed in my music while I walk. I will walk at least an hour when listening to my fav playlists! I have a lot of 10-15 min DVD'S as well for those days when I don't want to do anything...we can do anything for 10 or 15 minutes right? 1946 days ago
