My Goals:
Reach and maintain 120 lbs. while building muscle.

Feel great about myself, not just good, but GREAT!

Log every food that goes in my mouth.

Stop binge eating.

My Program:
 Right now I'm trying to eat "clean foods" w/out all that processed crap. Workouts will be a variety of cardio and ST.

    hope you're having a great summer!!! My goal was to see if I was under 130 by the 4th of July but... i haven't weighed myself in 2 weeks. Bad eating, that time of the month and whatever made me nervous, last time I was at 130.4!! I hope I didn't gain anything!
