Hi, I'm 43 years old and have always had a weight problem. I went to Formu 3 many years ago and lost over 40 pounds..got in a size 10 but gained it all back once I went back to my old habits. I need to feel good about myself again and hope this motivates me to do so....

    Hi Marquene ~ Hope you can put up some pictures soon! I was wondering about what you wrote "Formu 3" - is that a typo? Could it be Forum? I had a friend who was involved with a grouop by that name a few years ago - and he seemed to get a lot of benefit from it. Just wondering :-)
