It's me, JAXMOMMY, reinvented as PRNCSCUP1-2FULL! It took me almost 10 years to reach my first weight loss goal, but I finally did!

I am doing better managing food which is my biggest problem area! I love to work out, but don't love healthy food.... Yet! No, that isn't necessarily true. I like healthy food, but I like junk food better!

Emotional eating is a huge struggle for me and I have a lot of stress! But, as a Firecracker this Spring and a Ninja this summer I hope to manage my problem areas and continue losing weight!

My Goals:
My goals as today, May 10, 2018 are centered around my participation in the Spring 2018 5% Weight Loss Challenge. But, I'd like to stay on the steady shrinker list for the BLC37 and help my Navy Ninja friends um, well, you know.... Win!
*1* Lose 5% of my body weight by the challenge deadline in june
*2* Participate fully in every weekly challenge we are given! The challenges are Living the good Life tasks! Always good to review or learn!
*3* Get back to Curves 3Xweek since my thumb surgery kept me away for most of March!
*4* Continue to my workout plan with Pahla B. fitness
*5* Walk 2 miles a day indoors or out!
*6* Participate in every Ninja Weekend Challenge & TNT to the best of my ability

My Program:
I am working on following the NEW Weight Watchers program. I want to use it and lose the weight I need to lose. I'm viewing it all as if I just joined WW for the first time and this is how I track!

My program also includes working out at Curves with the Curves Smart program 3X/week, following a Bootcamp program with ST, cardio & flexibility workouts and challenges I can join!

Personal Information:
I am totally blind as a result of Type 1 Diabetes and living the wild life in my younger days! I will "celebrate" 49 years of being diabetic on May 21, 2018. I live in lovely South VA and have a wonderful husband and spoiled mutt named Sassy. She is a handful, but it is worth it!
Some of the pictures you see right now are of my beloved Jack who passed away in 2013.
I turned 50 in June, 2015!! so exciting!! It is a new decade and a new milestone. the doctors told my parents I wouldn't make it to 20 and here I am!!

I am Type 1 diabetic. Losing weight will NOT cure my diabetes! At this point in time NOTHING cures Type 1 diabetes.

Other Information:
I love reading and especially enjoy psychological thrillers, mysteries, stories featuring dogs and the occasional occult novel like Stephen King or Dean Koontz. I am an avid belly dancer! I take class and perform as often as possible! I enjoy water! I love swimming, water aerobics, water jogging and more! I walk a mile with leslie Samsone everyday and sometimes more. I actually enjoy exercising! I love summer!! I also try to make it to Curves at least 3 times a week and do the Curves Smart program which pushes me to improve my workout each time! Plus I am an avid follower of Jessica Smith'sand Pahla Bowers' video workouts!
