Feeling fit and FOXY for life!
I am a Personal Trainer and Figure Competitor in Denver. I have gone a transformation from being close to 200lbs (not quite that in picture shown.. ). * To make it in Oxygen in a spread or even better the Cover!!
* Staying lean and always having time for my own exercise and not just my clients
My Program:
Focusing on cardio (my nemisis), eating clean 90% of the time and having a little fun 10% of the time. Weight lifting 6 days a week with my workout partner and drinking 3 to 4 ltrs of water everyday.
