Measure and record the foods I eat.

and diversify the

Personal Information:
Limp like a puppet, I seek God's truths to lift my hands.
Other Information:
Every day is a chance to build momentum or to slack. Every day, I have to decide to make the right choices. Keeping my goals and motivators close by helps me make that decision and feel good about it. Remember, this is a positive experience! I'm doing something good for myself, my loved ones and my future. Afford any opportunity to remind myself of that fact and congratulate myself on progress.
