I am 64, retired, and busier than ever. I am married (45 Years) and my loving husband is not interested in exercising. I am a Christian and my faith and service are very important to me. I love to cook, and am learning to cook and bake healthy alternatives I love to read, and if I could figure out how to make reading burn as many calories as jogging, I would be in business.

My goal is to change my diet and exercise patterns so I can eliminate the "preventable" diseases that run in my family and cause a lot of deterioration of quality of life.
