Busy mother of 2 who has spent her life eating way too much junk food and is now paying for it. After having both kids at a young age and still weighing 125 being 5ft 7, I thought I was one of the lucky few who would be able to eat whatever and whenever but wow.. was I wrong!! Sometime between 26-28 my metabolism took a wrong turn and I closed my eyes apparently:) No more denial... here I am ready to get back in shape. I am looking for anyway possible to keep myself accountable and look for new ways to eat and live healthier that is why I am here.

Ali Vincent - What an inspiration! She is truly amazing! I can't look at her or listen to her without smiling!! I found a youtube interview with her that I want to post here so I can easily find it when I need it and for others to use as well!

Fitness Minutes: 658

My Goals:
My main goal is to look and feel better!! I am looking forward to having more energy during the middle of the day when my energy level severely depletes!! More specifically I would like to lose 42 pounds by summer time.

My Program:
I am going to start by drinking 8 glasses of water each day. Currently I am a pop addict!! I drink diet pepsi all day everyday and that it is pretty much all I drink except for rare occassions. I am going to track my diet. I realize I am an emotional eater but have yet to figure out why. I realize I eat for no reason and can't pin point what the deeper reason or meaning is. I'm currently working on that!! I am going to keep my daily calorie intake at or below 1500 calories. I won't eat past 8pm. I am cutting out as much sugar as possible, all white bread, white potatoes, white rice and processed and pre packaged foods. I am going to exercise 3-4 times a week at least 30 minutes a day, it may be broke into 15 min sessions if needed just to get physical activity going!

    Hope you are just busy and that you are still running and working hard toward your goals! How's the water drinking coming along? Seems to me like I'm great at drinking water for long stretches and then it's just like... ugh water lol!
