Introduction Text I am 34 this year. I have lost 150 pounds under another SP name I have 130 pounds to go. This is the year I am going to make it and get under 200 pounds. I have let so many things stop me from my goals and the biggest obstacle is myself. No longer ! I have an alter ego Kat and she is the person I want to be. I am so excited to begin this transformation and I can't wait to see the end result.

Kat I am from Canton, Ohio. I am married to the sweetest guy in the world and we have 3 beautiful little girls. 11, 3 and 7 months. I am a Sunday school teacher for pre schoolers at our church. I go to Tops every week. I love going to Curves 3 to 6 times a week. I love to read.
