The struggle is REAL
My name is LaShonda. I've been active on SP for 8 years. I was able to get rid of 65 pounds in about 18 months when I first started September 11, 2012. Unfortunately, I have suffered regain. I am in the process of getting the weight off again and learning how to handle the challenges of everyday life and NOT allow things I have NO control over to steal my joy. I am making progress.
