I have been working out for over a year, trying to make my body better then it was before I had my first child (18 years ago).
I have been working out for over a year, trying to make my body better then it was before I had my first child (18 years ago).

My Goals:
My goal is to just look and feel better then I have about my body since I put on weight 19 years ago with the birth of my son (and more weight with the birth of my daughter 15 years ago).

My Program:
 I tried the diet pills, and the "health" shakes, but the weight immediately went back on. The beginning of 2006, I joined a circut club, but got bored (although I did loose weight). Right now I am doing pilates with DVDs at home


Personal Information:
I am living in the Midwest, so right now it is COLD. I have to stay indoors to exercise.
