Introduction Text I found my way home. So much has changed since I was here last. I went out for surgery three times and could not get back on track. I had bilateral knee replacements followed by a removal of my meniscus. Since I was here last I gained 1/2 of of weight back, YIKES that means more to lose. I no longer work because of many health issues which has had a negative effect of my weight because I no longer have that little bit of excercise. Last time I was here I wrote that I wanted to get back to a healthy me, well this time things have change. I don't want to move back to the old me, I want to change my future and forge ahead to the new and improved me, starting today!

My goal is to lose weight. This is above all else the most important goal that I have. Once I reach my goal the others will all fall in place. My life, confidence, self-esteem, and attitude will improve as I make my way through this journey I now have in my life.

I have been tracking my calories,drinking more water, wii bowling, wii golf and chair excercises. Any type of excercise will work for me. Recently I added a pedal exerciser to my list of exercises.

I'm from upstate New York, a former Nurse now disabled. I have a beautiful puppy named Lorenzo, he is my joy. I love him so very much.

I love music, most types ranging from Alabama to Zeppelin. Addicted to Facebook games, and cards. I miss so many things that I use to love like golfing, bowling, long walks and being able to just get on the floor and play with the kids. I enjoy good movies and being with friends.
