Yep, fell off the wagon. I know what to do , I just have to do it!!! I need to remind myself how great I felt physically with less weight. How I could go up and down stairs so much easier. How I went on long hikes and day trips with my son. Riding on the motorcycle with my husband. I felt so much better. And the feeling of opening up my closet and pulling on anything and it fit and looked great. Shopping in the normal size clothing sections and finding so much that I loved. Getting my blood pressure down without the need for medication. I NEED to get back to that!!!!!

Fitness Minutes: 1,611

My Goals:
Log my food! Be more accountable for what goes in my mouth!
Cut back on sweets. Once in a while small treats good, multiple treats ever day bad!!
Be active this summer, don't miss out on life because it's taking to much effort to move around!
Get more sleep! Need to aim for at least 7 hours a night.
Stop with the late night junk food snacking. Set aside 100 or 200 calories for that and be sure to portion off that much and stop!

My Program:
Logging my food on Spark people. Staying in my calorie range is the biggest thing to do!!!!
If I don't know the calories I need to find out BEFORE I just eat it.
Be more active on Spark people and look for more support both on line and off line.
