I am a 23 year old mother of two desperately trying to find a solution to my life long problem of eating unhealthy. I have tried everything, INCLUDING eating disorders, which I completely regret. I need to find a way to be happy and healthy for myself and for my family.

Fitness Minutes: 835

My Goals:
Lately I have felt so tired... and lazy... which leads to depressed and angsty... no fun. I definitely have to do something about that. No more emotional eating... no more laziness, no more stubbornness , no more making excuses, NO MORE EATING DARN COOKIES AT 9:00 P.M. .....and no more using my ED to try and control my life.

Ok, I feel better.

My Program:
I am completely re-vamping my eating habits. No JUNK FOOD. pretty much my only rule. Increase consumption of fruits, vegis, and protein to keep full. Also drinking way more water...
Gone from 2 8 oz glasses of H20 a day to 8-9. I feel like a water balloon, but hey I'm sure my body is lovin it.

Personal Information:
My life story: I'm an artist (freelance), I love swimming, I love being a mom, I don't love people getting in my business, I don't love people pointing out my mistakes. (not only because I am insecure in my own... but who is perfect enough to perfect me?) I'm agnostic , don't try and convert me. I do however, believe in Karma...
On a more serious note: I have been bulimic since 6th grade, age 13. Being that young you don't realize the damage until you get old enough to learn how to take care of yourself... In my case, 23. I am trying desperately to get over this..
