Hi Sparkies!

2012- Feb 1st had my last baby, tubes are tied...game on for a new body!!! My story will begin again! Changing my eating habits first. Once I've got that handled and I'm sleeping again, I am hoping to excercise again. I'm actually excited about feeling good again....my hubby is on board with the change of the eating so hoping this will help and continue to motivate.

I just lost a ton of info about my original story...that sucks!! :(

My next goal was to prepare for my first Half Marathon!! 13.1 miles...I have conquered that goal on Sept. 26, 2009. I ran the Akron RoadRunner Half Marathon. I never stopped nor walked during the race and my time was (2:31:03)!! I am so proud! Unfortunately, during all that training/running I didn't lose a pound. My concentration was miles not food at that point.

I continue to struggle with my eating habits. I do really well until the afternoon...then I bomb. I know I need to get back to the basics of when I started my journey. I've really got to eat clean!! This is a challenge for me because I LOVE FOOD so much and my husband and kids love to snack. I use food as the center of my life, to deal with sadness, stress, boredom, celebrations you name it...and I can eat for it. But I know I need to take control of it! I've got 40 more pounds to drop! I gotta do it!!

September 2009 - Its been a year and 40 pounds gone...I can't wait to see the next 40 pounds to go this year!

10/19/09 I started The South Beach Diet Lifestyle, I am hoping this will help me with my carb and sugar amounts. I am also hoping it can kick start my weight loss again. I gained 10 pounds after vacation in June and haven't been able to lose it since. I am concentrating on my food intake now! I know it will help!

10/26/09 First week of South Beach (-5.5)

01/30/10 So I've realized the South Beach really has helped me choose healthier foods. I am so greatful for that. I now know how important it is to have 4 servings of veggies. I feel tons better! Now if I could only figure out how my body can lose again. The scale is just not budging! Grrr! Here's to 2010!!!

Welp, 2010 was a total disaster for me. Gained it ALL back!!! Lots of struggles and I began to work again. No more me time! :(

So here I am Jan 2011, and I finally feel strong enough to work on me. I've realized that I did it all wrong the first time. I was not working back then, my son was only a yr old, my husband was jobless and all I could focus on was weightloss. All my home stress went into that. I was so consumed with the amount of calories I was burning and not focussing on changing me...hence the reason its ALL back on. Now that I am working I find myself letting go and dissapearing into the TV and food. My old ways. I want to be healthy, but I've got to do it the right way.

Welp, June 2011 found out we were pregnant with our third child. Grayden was born on Feb 1,2012. I ate really well during pregnacy and actually felt and looked great...huge but great! Grayden was almost 9 lbs..a big boy!! After having him I was craving chocolate as I always do and I went absolutely insane with food. So feeling good and looking good 2mos after quickly changed due to my uncontrolled eating. By month 3, I am back up to where I began long ago! Thankfully I want to change that! This is my time, I'm done having babies now the time to get my body right! HEALTHY!!! That is what I crave!

My goals are simple right now....

Exercise at least 1 x week...
72oz water...
Stay within my calorie range...

Slow and steady WILL win this lifestyle.

Cardio 3 x week. - Should be my plan but I'm lucky for a day to workout with my crazy life with a newborn, preschooler and elementry kid. Holy moly! Once I'm sleeping more!!!

Personal Information:
I live in Ohio with my adorable high school sweetheart husband and beautiful three children. Grace(9), Gavin(5) and Grayden(8mos).

Other Information:
I used to love running...hoping to feel that way again! 2012. I enjoy cake decorating, cleaning and organizing things. I love the sun and the beach!

A HUGE Goal of mine for 15yrs now is to run a FULL Marathon. This WILL happen! :)
