GOALS:
Lose 50 lbs. by August 2
Lose a total of 75 lbs. by the years end!

Learn to eat healthier and exercise more.

Don't let mistakes get me down. Learn to pick myself up, dust myself off and begin again!

 Just a combo of different things I have read along the way:

Everything in moderaton!

When the first hint of being full hits me..STOP eating!

Bumps in the road will happen..just don't let them take control of all I have accomplished!

    Hope your week is going better than mine. It has been very hectic and it seems that everything lately has revolved around food. I seem to have gained and lost the same 5 lbs for the last 2 weeks!! emoticon

    My colonoscopy was a success! I did great last week but once I started eating again it was like the flood gates opened. I couldn't get full enough. I lost 5 but only counted 2 for the week. Last week I went back up one so I am hoping that this week is on track. I have been exercising more consistently so I am sure that is helping. Thanks for checking up on me.

    Thanks Paula for stopping by to say hi. I have had one of those weeks (2 weeks ago). I weigh myself tomorrow morning. I'll let you know how I did. I have bloodwork in the morning for my Dr. visit from last week. emoticon And next week I have my first colonoscopy. Not looking forward to that!!!!
