I love the words to Tim McGraw's "How Bad Do You Want It?"....eatin', sleepin', dreamin' with that one thing on your mind....pretty much how it has to be until I reach my goal. I can't 'take a vacation' and give up on the process. If I do that, I will spin around in space until I manage to grab that rock again and get back down to business. I never did the story board thing, but lately I'm beginning to realize I need to do it to reinforce my vision (a picture paints a thousand words?). I'm down 52 pounds and stuck in a kind of 'holding pattern'. Maybe I needed to spin out for a while, but I'm ready to get back to it. Love this site, and thanks for being here Spark People.

My Goals:
One goal:
Track that food. IF I BITE IT, I WRITE IT. And keep within those boundaries. Period. When I get there, I will work on other things, but for now, I am single minded about this.

My Program:
One day at a time...and staying faithful to my plan. Right now, that is all I am able to do. That is not all I WANT to do by any means, but that is enough for this former quitter.

I may have the winter on my head, but the spring is still in my heart!(Thank you,Victor Hugo)
Since I have taken off 48+ pounds and counting...the world is looking like a much better place to live.

My 'choice' To Do list:
1. Don't be so critical of myself. I'm after all, only human.
2. Love and appreciate this is a gift.
3. Just be thankful for the problems...they come with a gift in their hands...and Thank You FATHER GOD!
