Hi Pam, Yes, we still have Easter candy floating around here too. I've been staying away from it though. I still can't seem to get below 11 pounds. I just realized in a week it will be 3 mo. already. I may need until Dec. to lose this 50 lbs. LOL
Good for you joining WW. How's that going for you?
I can't wait to get into my flower beds. We also have 100 pine trees to plant in a lot that we bought behind us. I'll get my exercise in.

Hi Pam, I don't take a pill, as far as I know there isn't a pill, leptin is a hormone in our bodies and eating a certain way controls it. A good book to check out is The Leptin Diet by Byron J. Richards
There are 5 rules to getting your leptin in control 1) Never eat after dinner 2) Eat 3 meals a day - do not snack 3) Do not eat large meals 4) Eat a breakfast containing protein 5) Reduce the amount of carbohydrates eaten
