    Welcome to the team Challenges for Sparkers with Lots to Lose.

    You left a question in the week 9 challenge thread about what to do. If you are interested in participating in the weekly challenge, copy the post before yours. Then "reply" & copy into your individual post as the other Sparkers have done. Update it with your information & post. Since you are new to the challenge season, your weigh in this week will be your beginning weight & next week you'd be eligible for the loss/even/gain points & the Loser of the Week award that goes to the Sparker with the highest weight loss for the week. Also for the measurements, you'd receive the points for posting this week & week 12 you'd be able to earn inches lost points.

    I am so happy you are starting your journey to better health, and in turn better life. I understand the kids, although, mine are 14 (will be 15 this month), 12, 4, and 15 months (and a 14 yo stepson). My house feels like a zoo most days..LOL. Keep your head up, and stay motivated and moving. If you need ANYTHING, let me know, emoticon emoticon
