I encourage everyone to keep your eyes on the prize. Keep an eye on what you are eating so you do not fall into mindless eating. Determine why you eat and when, this helps to check you when you fall into emotional eating, a problem I still have to contend with. Make sure to get some kind of exercise in. I like to walk and now that the weather is cooler , I am hoping to get outside more. Above all take time for you, you are valuable and there are many who need you.
