My Goals:
My desire is to decrease my weight to 200 pounds. I want to do it for health and I want to look as good as I did 10 years ago. I am 37 and I don't want to be FAT at Forty. So, I better start now.

12/17/2009
1st 2 weeks on SB - lose 10lbs.
(lost 6llbs the 1st wk on the beach)

I want to lose at least 2lbs/week afterwards.

By 2/19/2010 To lose at least 20lb

By 3/9/2010 (my birthday) to lose 10 more pounds.



My Program:
 The South Beach.


Personal Information:
I am a single parent with a beautiful 5 year old daughter.

Other Information:
 I enjoy speaking Spanish. I studied Spanish in college and take every opportunity to practice the language.
