University student looking to lose about 10-15lbs gained over the semester due to binge-eating, school stress etc.

Past: Always struggled with weight until middle of high school when I finally learned to maintain my weight. Before then, I was big, thick, fat (or whatever else you'd like to call it). I was about 5"1 at that time and weighed about 150lbs. I managed to lose about 40lbs in 6 months from obsessively working out every free minute of the day and starving myself for days until my body can't take it. Now I've learned to manage my weight, although it tends to fluctuate 5-10lbs during the school year

Weight changes:
2000: 130
2001: 125
2002-2004: 118-122 (113 for half a year though)
2005-2006: 120 2007: 124+

My Goals:
1. to finally wear a bikini/shorts/sleeveless tops and look good in them this summer
2. to obtain a light definition of abs
3.to maintain this weightloss for good
4.to not focus too much on what the scale says, but rather focus on how my body looks/feels and be consistent with healthy eating habits and workouts


My Program:
Workout:
-work out 5 times per week
-if not possible to have a full workout, do 20 minutes that day

Diet
-Eat less than 1300 calories per day
-Indulge in ice cream/cake/chocolate 2-4x per week
-avoid oily, fried, fatty foods and junk food. Eat sparingly

Health habits and related
-record everything I eat
-Get 8 hours of sleep every night
-Sleep before 12:30AM
-Eat breakfast every morning
-Eat dinner before 7:30pm

I can't live without good food. I also can't live without eating rice/noodles for dinner.

    Hey there... Welcome to Complete a 10K in Fall 2008. We've got a challenge going on for April right now and are trying to log 50 miles each and a team total of 500 miles. Some of us will make 50 and some won't, but everyone's adding to the total. So log some miles with us!     Thanks!! And good luck to you too. Might I recommend those 100 calorie pack cookie chippy things?? Hide them in the back of your pantry and then when you're about to eat something really bad, go eat those instead. They're actually pretty tasty and they'll satisfy your sweet tooth!

    Hi! You seem nice. I know exactly how that goes.. with school and binge eating. I totally have the same problem. I'll grab a bag of chips and the only thibng that can stop me is the bottom of the bag! Ahh!!

    I want to go back to school in the fall and for people to be like, "wow you look like you've lost some weight." that would be music to my ears.
