Introduction Text I've needed to update this page for a long time. A lot has happened in the past two years. Vicki finally had her surgery last December and health is greatly improved. I had my right shoulder rebuilt on Good Friday 2016 and that is awesome. Vicki had her right knee replaced, that unfortunately is a bit mixed, it's better but still giving her problems. I've leaned out a bit because I can do more with my shoulder being better. Did the tough mudder two years now, walked it the first year because someone in the group I was with couldn't run. Ran it this year and was quite pleased with the time of 3 hours 15 minutes, 11.5 miles 20 or so obstacles. I really don't like running but I enjoy the challenge of the obstacle runs. I did the insane inflatable, warrior dash and two small (5k) mud runs this year. I look forward to doing at least three next year. I've also become more cynical, as if that were possible, I tend to expect little or nothing of anyone , I'm either surprised or not disappointed. I still train almost exclusively with the suspension trainer, what a great piece of equipment. Here's a fitness challenge I'm currently doing. It's four exercises, do as many reps as you can in 1 minute, take 1 minute rest and do the next exercise. Rest three minutes then do the whole thing again, do this three times. Split squat R, Push up, Row, Split squat L, Pull up.

Maintain my weight and fitness, touch at least one person each day for Christ.

Spend time with God every morning. I change my workout routine every 4 to 8 weeks. Go from volume resistance, to periodized training, and heavy low rep lifts. Monitor daily foods for about 2200 calories a day.

Live in Palm Bay At Planet Fitness 2-3 times a week, usually between 4-5 pm. If you see me say hi.
